really good service and views
cooking class balinese dinner
I enjoyed the three-course balinese cooking class with chef sutrawan. It was easy to follow. the balinese dinner with traditional dancing was a highlight. We loved the flower baths! but the body massages from the spa were amazing. the staff was also very helpful and cheerful.

uneven experience at this resort
poorly trained staff average massage
the location offered a nice view of the jungle.
The staff training needs improvement. A room service waiter walked into my room while my wife was in bed and used the room phone. the massage felt average. the food quality was poor with overly oiled dishes and sugar in most meals.

the gym's limited hours restricted workout times.
